Alex Pope is a passionate facilitator, coach, and thought leader on a mission to build workplaces where people feel safe, valued, and inspired to do their best work.
With extensive experience in sales across the agricultural, animal health, and veterinary industries, and years spent delivering training throughout rural and regional Australia, Alex brings a sharp understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing diverse teams.

I’ve witnessed the best and the worst: teams that thrive because people feel safe to speak up and lead with confidence, and teams that struggle because voices go unheard and leaders aren’t supported. Based in regional NSW on 100 acres near Tamworth, Alex lives and breathes the values she teaches, balancing a thriving professional career with a deep connection to the land. When not working with clients, Alex is breeding, training, and competing her Australian Stock Horses, achieving success at Royal and National level. Alongside a small herd of beef cattle, Alex is deeply involved in the equestrian and campdrafting community, serving on several committees and proudly contributing as a nationally accredited Australian Stock Horse judge.
